30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Opened or used personal care or hygiene products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@nordzelle.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided.

Please do not send your purchase back without authorization.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
